Under normal circumstances, the replacement cycle is about 7-9 weeks. For some efficient filters, the frequency of replacement is lower, around 6 times.

Secondly, when transporting the various filter devices of the horizontal screw centrifuge, it should be ensured to handle them gently to prevent collision, and the address to be sent should be clearly indicated on the packaging box.

Thirdly, during the installation process of the horizontal screw centrifuge, the deviation must be accurate. The main measure is to use corrugated plates that must be perpendicular to the ground, and the connection of the horizontal screw centrifuge must be tight to prevent leakage and deformation. At the same time, it is also necessary to prevent the occurrence of glue leakage and damage. When installing, it is necessary to ensure that the inside of the horizontal screw centrifuge tube wall is clean and free from oil stains, rust, and debris.
